FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What is the refund policy?
    You may request a refund before the start of the course by emailing us at info@crdtc.org. NO refunds after the first class. Refunds will be credited to the card used, minus the processing fees. Payment must be made in full before the start of the course. Returned checks incur a $25 fee. No refunds for a missed class. If a class must be cancelled due to inclement weather or other circumstances, we will make every reasonable attempt to schedule a make-up class as soon as possible.
